I read where Palm Beach county is now 46% affordable and the Treasure coast is 52% affordable BUT that is based on HOUSEHOLD income vs the median income that the nat. assoc. of homebuilders uses. So the devil is in the details... I doubt too many pockets are more than 50% affordable in FL based on median income.
