Hey guys, thanks for bringing those back up. I have been pretty much out of homebuilders, having covered weeks ago. So busy watching financials that had forgotten all about what started all this mess. Just opened up a number of new homebuilder short positions. You guys are right in that quite a few of the homebuilders will not exist when this is all over. The fact that almost all of them are still out there proves we aren't near the bottom yet.
