Go to the local SS office to correct errors.

Major hassle for me, since the "local" office is 50 miles away.

Last time I tried to file my tax return electronically, it was rejected. Message was that the name and number on the return did not match the SS database. I checked against one of those periodic SS statements I receive and found that an "o" in my last name was replaced with an "e"

I'm not looking forward to trying to straighten this out.

And the Dems think the government can do a good job of running healthcare????
