Also, if a hybrid car driven by somebody talking on their cell phone runs into me (as I've seen happen to others in front of my very eyes), my Dodge RAM will sustain fixable damage, but the hybrid will be totaled.

Let's hope there are fewer of those accidents after July 1, when a ban on yakking on cell phones without hands free devices goes into effect.
