Isn't this article a strong argument for _early_ treatment with PI's? AGPH's studies show >80% of patients still had undetectable levels of virus after a full year's treatment with a cocktail including Viracept. Your article showed that if you wait too long, and treat with just RT's, then PI's may not work at all.
