Chinu, All I will say in response is that times change and rules change with the times. If the election wouldn't have been so close, all this would be a moot point right now but it isn't. If it is within her rights to ask for a ruling that is favorable for her, why shouldn't she do it? I would suspect that Obama would do the same if he was in the same boat and I would bet all his supporters would demand it as well. Neal
