Thanks Benjamin. I read these earlier posts, but it is often good to go back and review them, because it puts the present in perspective.

One phrase Richard threw in was that "a few T's had to be crossed" and the deal would be done. There was a certain nonchalance in dealing with the "time frame" question. When he threw out the word, "soon," I countered with the question..."well, do you think there is a high probability it will be before the end of October?"...at which point he said something to the effect that..."yes, that's a pretty safe bet."

I guess the art of extracting definitude from a company spokesperson's statements remains yet a very inexact science. If we don't hear something before next Friday, we're into month's end, and that means nothing will be announced until November or later. My opinion only.

This morning prior to the market opening, the spread is 20 - 24 cents. Isn't 24 cents the highest low offer in months? Says to me overhead supply is inexorably being munched up...at least that's what I hope it means.
