I think the discussion on fish pretty much says it all.

I've thankfully missed most of the fish discussion.

Well, its pretty simple to explain. Inoys attitude is there is not a fish problem. If you deplete a particular fishery, you move on to the next fishery and the leave the first one alone to make a comeback.......the fact that it may take 50 years to do so is a non issue for him.
