I'm a survivor, excellent points. I think Rutkowski may see this as a critical time for americhip and Marc's stewardship has been lousy at best. I just don't think he has what it takes be it character flaws, incompetence or what ever. Investor sentiment in ACII is at an all time low etc etc. My guess is Rutkowski is finally totally fed up and very worried/concerned because the LACC patents are due to expire in approx two years. There is no guarantee that new patents they are supposedly working on will be issued. If this is true then "time is of the essence". This reasoning however, implies that the LACC process is valuable and we have no proof of that. Clearly Americhip's web site's long and impressive lists of advantages of the LACC are either untrue, greatly exaggerated or there is a HUGE ALMOST UNBELIEVABLE DISCONNECT between what the LACC is capable of and investors, manufacturers and business interest in and knowledge of it. We investors can only hope the latter is where the so far illusive truth on the LACC has been hiding.
