Quehebo -

So you don't think that apprehending, trying, and convicting the people responsible for the 1993 WTC attack (they were not AQ, just to remind you) was enough?

Was giving the CIA the go ahead to assassinate bin Laden after the Cole bombing not enough? And I know we missed when we shot missiles into Afghanistan to kill him, but here's a question: how close has GWB come to bin Laden, after having much more time?

By the way, if Clinton had so badly failed to provide leadership with respect to the threat from Al Qaeda, and if it was so clear how big a threat AQ was, then obviously G.W. Bush would have wanted to rectify BIll's poor leadership as soon as he took office, right?

Can you explain to me what he did about the Al Qaeda threat in his first eight months in office?
