Phoenix exhurbs must finally be catching up to SW Florida and the Inland Empire? Some REO's aren't priced at even 2001-02 anymore like late last year down here..try 1991-92 since the end of the 'winter season' if you want to roll your sleeves up on a minor remodel..unbelievable
