sure if the area is shrinking in population like Detroit you need to discount even more.I somehow doubt the Phoenix area fits into that category..I'm sure the population and jobs will continue to grow at a high clip from FL to TX to AZ. Just read that the Houston MSA created like 60-70k jobs the past year even in this 'depression'
