I just got an amazing phone call from Ed Rutkowski. He was calling to discuss my two posts from yesterday which I fowarded to investors relations. THE BOMB SHELL...Marc is fighting to get the Board of Directors to overturn it's decision to fire him. It sounds like its an all out war with Marc fighting to get enough board members to overturn it's decision. Its getting nasty and ugly I'm sure. Rhondas is out too. Ed agreed with me about a number of complaints and frustrations regarding Americhip's lack of progress, vague and misleading PRs, lack of respect and concern for share holders. Ed was extremely open, sincere and direct. He asked for my/our support in the days and weeks a head. He said Marc might actually try contracting share holders for their support as well. Could you imagine that, what could Marc say to share holders about why he is the man to continue to run americhip. I know this is unusual but if anyone wants to call me to discuss this my number is 203-288-8285. I encourage share holders to call or email Americhip. They are finally hearing investors and not taking us for granted. p.s. Ed said there will be some major changes to the web site in the near future as well.
