Unbelievable that the Republicans would argue AGAINST eliminating offshore company and investment tax breaks that Democrats want in order pay for these renewable energy tax breaks.

It seems to me that it's a three-fer. We get tax breaks for alternative energy, which we WANT our government to help with and we eliminate tax breaks for taking money out of this country, which we WANT our government to make harder to do. And finally, we get a bill that is budget neutral.

What in hell is wrong with the Republicans these days? I'm beginning to think they all have mad cow disease. They want to lower taxes even if it means giving people incentives to take their money out of this country and even if it means increasing deficits and debts and bankrupting this country. What morons. We need to kick them all out.
