The first 100 days of an Obama administration:

a) Launch an investigation into the government's role in spreading the AIDS virus.

b) Prohibit the wearing of flag lapel pins because they are poor substitutes for "true patriotism."

c) Nationalize the oil industry and place Maxine Waters at the helm.

d) Begin discussions with Iran and North Korea on conditions for an American pullout of the Middle East and South Korea. Nobel Peace Prize laureate Jimmy Carter will be sent as an emissary.

e) Pass measures that will ensure America will not generate more CO2 per capita than other nations. Nobel Peace Prize laureate Al Gore will write these measures.

f) Grant pardons to William Ayres and the Weathermen.

g) Walk out to the balcony on 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue and shout, "Black is the new President, BITCH!"
