There is one major problem I'll mention.... "Unions" You've seen the disaster locally with MoPac and Union Pacific merging and the shutdown of Southern Pacific and Rock Island lines. Hell, the politicians dug up the tracks and made feel good wild life trails out of them. I would say part of the lumber industry problem in Arkansas is due to the railroad issues.
