The accomplishment with Libya is totally underestimated. To actually convince, however they did it, one of these terrorist nations to give up their nuclear arsenal, is nothing short of astonishing. The ONLY increases in US safety from nuclear weapons in history have come when the United States had a conservative president. Not a coincidence.
