In order to be listed INITIALLY on NASDAQ as a SmallCap you must have a minimum bid price of $4.00. For CONTINUED listing you must have a minimum bid price of $1.00. All the requirements needed are listed at the following site: nasdaq.com Go to this site and click on LISTING REQUIREMENTS, and then scroll down to THE NASDAQ SMALLCAP LISTING REQUIREMENTS. As near as I can tell FAMH has met ALL of the requirements with the exception of the bid price. Cheryl
