The trends are improving. Here's 2007 data from the NCI: Trends-at-a-Glance The Trends-at-a-Glance offers an overview of trend direction measure by measure. Trends shown in green are moving in a favorable direction, while trends shown in red italics are moving in an unfavorable direction. Trends noted as stable or NSC (non-significant change) are not changing significantly.
