Pat-- Just read your field of dreams thesis. If thyou build it they will come. I love hearing that ADSl is an Enabling technology. It truely is. The recent Court ruling was great for RBOCs, each affected differently, due to deals with states. Very good for leverage with the Public Service Commissions, regulations are loosening. The Dinosaurs (RBOCs) tails are wagging and that can hurt. :) BellBoy
