<< Hope that adds some light.>>>

It adds a lot of light and helps me understand why most stocks close at or near strike prices on options Friday. It also makes me wonder which stike will be the greater magnet today and tomorrow, 17.5 or 20.

If I read your scenario right, an MM who doesn't want to work real hard every day only to lose it with a risky position on options Friday will be likely to close his Oct 20s if he sees the risk/reward getting a little too weighted on the risk side. Is this correct?

In that case, today's close will tell us what's likely to happen tomorrow.

Learning to read tea leaves. :))

Thanks for taking the time to explain the process.

Cheers!
