One last thought, instead of "just destroy the company so they all go broke with the shareholders", action should instead be initiated to start a SEC criminal investigation into the AMPEX Chapter 11 matter. If collusion and/or conflicts of interest can be proven between AMPEX and Hillside, the guilty parties should be sent to prison and fined for their criminal actions. The shareholders (especially the long term shareholders who believed and trusted the executive officers of Ampex) should not be penalized for the criminal behavior of others.

The problem we have right now is that there is zero shareholders trust in the past and present management of Ampex. Instead of my repeating all the reasons why this is so, please just read all my past postings on this matter.
