Alphonse, Thank you for your thoughts. From Lazard summary: NetVantage needs partners with greater software capabilities. The company partners with over 20 OEMs for distribution. For software rich solutions, these OEM partners must contribute software to complement the hardware provided by NetVantage.For instance NetVantage needs to focus on the emerging market for hardware-based routers and work with Cisco or Bay as a clone maker.
