I have not asserted that Iraq was "plotting together" with Iran, and don't know of anyone who has.

However, you are dead wrong if you believe that Iran wasn't deeply involved with bin Laden in the early 90s. It is well-documented that Iran was funding, massively, bin Laden's activities in Sudan.
