$yikes! Who the hell knows? Pump out is a dollar a gallon. If drilling is a 100 a foot. Seriously, pumping is a function of gallons to the surface times 1.3 X hp. You need 1375 HP to pump out a pit like that in one year. 9 million KW hours. $600K of electricity. More like a million. With diesel you can double that and a bit. To repair roads and caves you need a drag line and big LeTourneau and some trucks. Few bucks. Like 20K a day. 6 months. Depends on degree of sliding. EC:<-}
