Hi Mike,

I was told Montgomery is involved with ATMI on a significant deal and that Montgomery will likely come out with a buy recommendation. A good first indication that this is occurring is Montgomery becoming a market maker. If I had Level 2, I'd be watching for MONT to become active on the bid, collecting inventory for itself and its clients.

Please treat my post as a rumor. I do not have any way of confirming this info but it does come from a good source.
