It doesn't read like English:

It usually would be 50% of the shares held by disinterested shareholders, not "50% of the disinterested shareholders"

Then they left out the word "approval" in the next sentence:

"The Corporation intends to seek such disinterested shareholder at the Corporation's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholder to be held on June 25, 2008."

which should probably have been:

The Corporation intends to seek such disinterested shareholder approval at the Corporation's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholder to be held on June 25, 2008.

And, do they only have one shareholder, as implied by that sentence which ends "at the Corporation's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholder to be held on June 25, 2008"? If they have more than one, it should probably be:

The Corporation intends to seek such disinterested shareholder approval at the Corporation's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 25, 2008.
