All: Just lost an extensive post covering alot of topics. I can't believe it. Anyway, great things appear to be happening with ISGI/TWT. I am bullish as ever as VERY positive rumors abound surrounding the company and the stock. Todays volume IMO is the "smart money" coming back into the stock. I have always held the opinion that it would only be a matter of time before a MAJOR Investment Bank would embrace this company. All one has to do is look at the recent WorldCom merger to UNDERSTAND the value of having TWT inside the public shell of ISGI. With the obvious consolidation of the telecommunications arena, does it not make sense for IB's to embrace small switch based carriers such as TWT as they are obviously becoming takeover targets? Would it not behoove an Investment Bank to get in on the ground floor of a fledgling company such as TWT (that just went public via ISGI) with projected revs of $100mill+ and a strong management team that includes an ex-Sprint VP? To many people want you to focus on the "old" ISGI. ISGI is now Total World Telecom that is just using the ISGI public vehicle. The day trade/ short crowd want you to focus on the "old" ISGI while what we need to be focusing on is Total World Telecom. IF you can do that you just might see the forest for the trees. My bullish posture on this company is a matter of record. It has not changed since my last post and has only gotten stronger as I have continued to do my homework. The downtrend was broken today on large volume and this is a VERY important sign in light of the rumors that are in the air. Lets see if there is follow through tomorrow as I am hearing that BIG things are about to happen for ISGI/TWT. John
