hello steve and all:

jm - post 518 - an agreement has been reached and a news release is pending...
-
miles - post 519 - nothing like making a splash onto the scene....
-
michael grasso - posts 521 & 9 - no rah rah run with this news.... as you are clear evidence it will be misunderstood by the masses..... first, poe and friedland had the upper hand.... would the vse stop poe and friedland from completing the deal because krt didn't get paid??? if you think so don't sell that bridge to miles, keep it yourself... second, the next step for PAR is a hong kong listing.... hong kong shares seem to become overvalued quickly imho. i hope this happens in their case too.... yes, i'm sure krt mgt will short the shares when the time is right, even though evidence to the contrary is abundant... i'm sure cam's statement of being down 90% on his investment was based on his initial investment back in '94.... he has just financed krt at 55 cents (i believe) so by now his basis is well under a buck (my guess)....
-
j bell - post 522 - $/share, 'eh??? i'll give you eps and let you/the thread choose a proper multiple.... assuming 40k tonnes a day processed (60k is not out of the question) and 30% interest and 340 days operating we get about 60 million a year or about a buck a share profit (assuming further dilution of 35 million shares...)....
-
walter - post 525 - 400k of shares, while i admit i almost lost my mind when i first heard about it, isn't as bad as it appears.... first, if it gets to about $3.50 we get our money back in full.... csm hit a high of $6 a share without changma so with it i expect it should get back up there.... poe does have big backers and a hong kong listing might help all of us... time will tell if it is a good deal or not.... right now it isn't.

just another day in paradise...
buddy
