GI Bill demagoguery The bill pushed by the two antiwar Senators is serve one term, then we'll pay you to go to college if you leave the service. The idea is to discourage re-enlistment. An alternative pushed by Sen Lindsey Graham would allow transfer of college benefits to spouses and children. The NY Times Editorial on the GI Bill is typical of the unfair treatment the paper gives the President. The Bill the Times support is put forward by two anti war Senators who want to use the bill to discourage reenlistments and make it more difficult to retain a force to fight our wars. They have tried similar ploys in the past to do a back door defeat by restricting deployment schedules. I see.....all you assholes care about is making sure the military is up to size.....and not what is best for the people who make up our military. Its why you all are part of the anti Christ movement in this country. You should be ashamed! I can't believe you take the positions you do......are you even an American?
