There may indeed be a correlation -- for example, LGND is down today (possibly due to the delay of the diabetes deal), while AMLN is up (possibly due to the delay of the Ligand diabetes deal). If J&J doesn't enter into the rumored partnership with J&J, it could be viewed by the street as a positive for AMLN. --Tony
