How so? Using your criteria, he only listed like 5 episodes over two decades.

Given that, you could argue that the pace has picked up. The incidents that match your criteria are so narrow, the numbers are small and it is hard to discern a pattern.

Weird. So you are saying that killing a diplomat outside of a consulate is not a successful terrorist attack? Or killing Americans inside of their offices wasn't successful?
