That's not the way I'm reading it. It sounds to me like the U. of AZ is behind in the task at hand, and LWLG isn't pleased. This line in the release makes it sound like they're a little doubtful as to the reasons they're getting. "Although the process has been delayed presumably due to end of year class scheduling..."
