Rushlong, I did not talk about your trust and relationships with people on this board. I did not question the vote out of Walthers as inside information.

I did ask you about the informational differences between K-8 release and your phone call. It does seem peculiar to me that the K-8 makes special note that there are no disagreements, yet your phone conversation with Rutkowski indicates:

Per rushlong: “…THE BOMB SHELL...Marc is fighting to get the Board of Directors to overturn it's decision to fire him. It sounds like its an all out war with Marc fighting to get enough board members to overturn it's decision. Its getting nasty and ugly I'm sure. Rhondas is out too.

This does not sound like an agreeable situation.

I do consider the K-8 incomplete, vague, and misleading, in light of your phone call.
Good follow up by capable people at ACII from well written Press Releases need to address these kinds of issues in a public forum. Personal phone calls with between key personnel at ACII at this time with individual investors can be as well intended as problematic. I have not nor will I ever be calling you as you invited.

At this time I would consider the differences between the information and the overall situation here to be in much need with your recommendations that I think rhoshariasha has pointed out as well:

Per rushlong: “…A second improvement also related to share holders that could be done right away concerns PRs. Almost all of us I think have struggled with figuring in out what exactly ACII's PR's mean. They need to be clearly written with as much info as possible and not purposively vague, subject to interpretation or misleading. Not PRs where you could have half hour debates on what the hell it means for Americhip and it's investors

I think these are exciting times for ACII and what has been expressed in this board about the changes to be made can make for a better company. Your efforts in that direction are appreciated.

Anyway I hope that current actions & efforts are over something that would indicate there is something of value with ACII. I am very much looking forward to see who the new CEO will be.
