I would wait a year-one and a half.I still think world will slow and Real fall 10-20%.If this happens Brazil rates will go down.The trick would be to buy after the slow down but before rates drop Consider middle class building lots in areas where quite afew lots remain but area growing rapidly.If its for the kids get a lot in a commercial area 3 blocks from the beach in an out of the way beach and they will retire with it one day
