Why do you think it is that in the last two months you have seen numerous reports of wide-scale electric vehicle production? It is because the price of gas has gotten to a level that OEMs are motivated to do it. Government has not one damned thing to do with it. LOL, yeah right, they just started the R&D 2 months ago. We need government to stay out of the picture and let the markets do what they do best. Then get them to stop all the oil subsidies, including the Iraq war.
