I hate to say this but I actually have an ethanol question for you. Brazil seems to be on the path to becoming a major oil exporter. If they refine Brazilian crude and blend it with ethanol and then ship the refined product to the US, is that product still subject to the ethanol tariff?

Another question....if PBR buys the Aruba refinery from Valero and then ships crude and ethanol to Aruba where it is refined and blended, is that subject to the ethanol tariff upon US entry?

What's up with the Aruba refinery?

Valero said in Apr that it had been sold to PBR.

This month, Petrobras Americas President Alberto Guimaraes said on May 15 in L.A. that Petrobras has not yet made a decision on whether to purchase the Valero Energy oil refinery on the southern Caribbean island of Aruba.
