I saw that too....If we wonder what socialism is, we just have to see what is going on in the UK... Although I've got to admit....I had NO idea that our own government had gone so far overboard with trying to license MILLIONS of all sorts of farm animals, including chickens... Just another big reason our food prices have gone through the roof! To say NOTHING of the overwhelming overreach into our privacy! What's the next thing....licensing people????
