At least Brazil has some energy strategy , and perhaps an energy policy. We seem to have to have a shareholder rebellion like Exxonmobil is going through to get them pointed in the right direction.

I tell you I love this oil business now, but all for personal Reasons $$$$, but going forward I will be retired and we need to have our energy issues sorted out so myself and others can afford to maintain some similarity of prosperity.
