Think we need to go back to this list. West Virginia' Electoral College vote for present is 5 electoral votes--- West Virginia belongs in the long list of states that lost population from 1940 to 2008. Add West Virginia and Increase to 26 the number of states that lost electoral votes. Change West Virginia's current Electoral Vote to 5. in 2008 for West Virginia) That makes more sense as West Virginia has been losing population for several decades. This seems to be the final edit. mj
