I would absolutely agree in the long run but short term we have to try and bridge the gap with as little pain as possible... I also agree that GWB is not perfect by a long shot I am very disappointed in him but constantly blaming all the worlds woes on the man is not right either and is a cop out... I don't think it is any one persons fault but Drilling would help. I know personally several people who work with some of the smaller oil companies Trying to drill in different area's of the country that they know there is a lot of oil. The roadblocks from the Bureau of land management and such that they receive is incredible.
