I can not believe the extent these extremists will go to in locking their minds against discussion of fresh ideas, especially in consideration of the warp speed at which societies and cultures of the world are changing.

AS and the like remind me of the tin pot door-to-door sales men, wearing plaid pants and bow ties. Their time has passed, no one takes them serious, but they keep knocking on doors with their obsolete tripe. Right wing extremists are just as bad but this thread gets loaded up with the LW extremists. No amount of new information or exposure to a changing world phases them. AS, Shepard, Kant, SeachRE, Kenneth are good examples.
