Only for Tupi. See map. I am project manager. Under a program management perspective one must get the long lead time requirements ordered quickly. First you start with rough estimates, (not for the oil coming out, but for what you need to have in place to get that oil out to the market), After you need to come to high level estimations and then last with detailed figures.

Based on rough estimates, is tough to order materials. But it gives a view on what you are missing to get to high level estimations. Once you have high level estimations you start ordering the long lead materials.

Thus the flurry of orders of ships and rigs and 14.000 specialists.

Once that is being prepared you continue apace drilling and getting the high level estimations this time for oil that will come out.

Tell me my English is bad like T4Texas did and I will chop your dick off!

Once you are doing all that, explained above, there is high visibility on the market and lots of misinformation and different interpretations and all that is going on now.

I had pasted the barrel split, how much to get the oil from below the salt up to the storage tank out, how much royalties, etc and how much each stakeholder would get. I don’t think I will be able to dig and find where in the Dog thread it is.
