I saw Bush Jr. close up when he was Governor of Texas. He was just as incompetent. Karl Rove et. al. were just as crooked. But Bush Jr. spent the Texas treasury to help his friends, and in turn they turned up the propaganda machine to make it appear that he was somehow sucessfull. I have been often disappointed by this administration, but never surprised. TP
