I have read the K-8. I do not need to read it any closer. Maybe you could read my posts a little closer, then tell me, where you think I said anything that said they did not disagree on these matters. I do consider the K-8 incomplete, vague, and misleading especially, in light of rushlong phone call with Rutkowski indicating Walthers disagreement with the board to vote him out and his fight to get back. Who knows where that will go? In rushlong post Rutkowski asks for our support and I do not know what that means. Did you read that post? I do therefore see a great need for ACII to promptly put out a Press Release, one that is a clear & guided reassessment concerning the direction of ACII especially in light of Rutkowski expressed acknowledgment for clarity(via rushlong post) ( did you read that) and especially in light of the now ousted Walther’s Letter to Shareholders. Remember Walther’s wrote it April 14th and now he is voted out May 18th: one very short month later. With that said I do believe ACII has issues but I think they have a good product and wish them well. I can’t wait for your reply on this but I rather you stop waiting my time.
