The patents are owned by Americhip. Ed sold them to Americhip years ago. They were issued April 6, 1993 and january 24, 1995. They expire after 17 years. My understanding is that the new ones Ed was working on are complete but not filed yet(?)and are also the property of Americhip. Rhonda is back and taking calls. Situation is crazy at best.
