El mat,few see US is playing a game of Chicken with China ZIRP rates in US is making it hard for China to hold down their currency.In attempting to hold down the currency they inflate.Debtor nations like the US with overvalued housing like inflation (at the national level)while creditors like China do not.Brazil is caught in the middle with a free floating currency and pays the price by excessive valuation.Asia will blink and their currencies will go up.The world will slow and take the pressure of the Real.UBB and BBD should do better than EWZ( I have been early on the timing but still expect this in the medium term)Just some thoughts.
