I just checked the District Court filings in Nevada and look what I found! So Marc filed suit last week against the company. The hearing is next week. By what authority does he take the company back over? Did any of you longs/shareholders get a proxy vote? I know I did NOT. So how does this legally play out? It's only going to get uglier from here, folks. And just who is this Anthony Boyden? Is he that secret "Consultant" who has been getting the millions of dollars of shares over the years? What has he done, thats been good for the company for those shares? I thought the show was over. Now I believe this has only been the prelude. It's going to be interesting!
