I havent looked at the actual site but assume you copy and pasted it here....does it not read that marc is the Defendant? Regardless, I do agree that all of this is very strange and likely to get ugly and messy.....I am sure there will be a ton of 'reasons' and 'explanations' tossed out by all parties involved.......he said she said games.......but no matter how the company and whoever ends up in charge attempts to spin this and they will try to put a good spin on it as they did with the rossman situation..cornell and etc, etc, etc...there is no way anybody can see this as anything but a huge negative for the company......To tout the lacc process for years..to talk about extreme share prices and how much money they plan to make...this company has done nothing but fail, not be forthcoming, and in fact lying, to it's shareholders and the management fiasco over the years has been like a Three Stooges Movie....
