Why not us. We can spend more money on nuclear weapons than anyone else. No one can compete we us. So, if we agree to give up on nuclear weapons, why would anyone not agree.

It would be a win/win for everyone. We would all be safer and we would all have money that we save to spend on other things.

Seems like a no brainer to me.
